China’s the first “Enterprise Bankrupt Supervision Management Committee” was started formation in 1986.
The committee members were formed by related staff from the Bureau of Shanghai Industry and Commerce, People’s Bank of China, Bureau of Financial, Justice Bureau and Audit Bureau.
